When scared or worried, take a deep breath and trust Jesus. He's the strong anchor that keeps you safe in a storm, the rock that doesn't move, and the shelter from life's raging seas.

Jesus wants to turn your troubles into something good. He's working hard to make that happen. So, calm down and let Jesus handle it. He's got everything under control.

Don't try to fix it all by yourself; that's too heavy a burden to carry. Let Jesus carry it for you. He's been through tough times too and knows what it's like to feel overwhelmed and alone.

Don't lose faith, even when things seem impossible. Jesus specializes in the impossible, turning messes into masterpieces, failures into successes, and weaknesses into strengths.

Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust Him with all your heart. He's the Author of your story, writing a bestseller. Your struggles are just a chapter, not the whole book. Jesus is already writing the next chapter, filled with hope, joy, and triumph.
