𝐆𝐎𝐃'𝐒 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍, 𝐌𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘!

𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐰𝐚𝐣𝐢 𝐅. 𝐎𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐲𝐞

During my last visit to my parents, I checked my dad's treasured notebook to catch up on his notes and reflections while I was away. It was filled with notes, songs, and reflections on his spiritual journey. What struck me was the meticulous way he recorded every detail – dates, times, and all the significant events. This simple act spoke volumes about his desire to stay connected with the moments that mattered most.

It got me thinking – if my earthly father takes the time to record the details of his life, how much more does our Heavenly Father care about the details of ours? The idea that God has a plan for each of us is both comforting and awe-inspiring. According to Psalm 139:16, God had a plan for us before we were born. He knows everything about us and invites us to draw closer to Him.

God's plans for us are greater than we can imagine. Romans 8:28 reminds us that He works everything out for our good. His purpose is to prosper us, not harm us (Jeremiah 29:11). When we trust in God's goodness and follow His lead, we'll experience the fulfillment of living according to His purpose.

As I reflect on my dad's notebook, I'm reminded of the importance of being intentional about recording our own stories and spiritual milestones. By doing so, we can look back and see how God has been working in our lives, and gain insight for the journey ahead.

In the busyness of life, it's easy to lose sight of God's plan. But as we prioritize our relationship with Him, we'll begin to see His hand at work in every detail. May we learn to trust in His sovereignty and rest in His goodness, knowing that He is always working everything out for our good.
